Um… I always thought Canadian Bacon was Peameal… that stuff looks like Ham or maye Balony? If that’s actually Canadian Bacon… Um… Then how is it I’ve never encountered it???

That’s just ham, not back bacon or peameal bacon, which is an oval cut from the loin (as you can see in the Wikipedia image).
