Dang it! Now I wont be able to rip my long plays and short plays. Here I thought I was the only one that owned a stereo like the one pictured.Oh well its back to playing the cylinder machine.

Fun fact: musicians DID freak out ... when player pianos were becoming popular.

It's funny cos for years (I'm not sure if they still do this now but you never know..) the BBC used to only play two hours of recorded music because the musicians union felt that recorded music stole from the livelihoods of live musicians. Hence the proliferation of all those BBC sessions recordings you see now.

About This Blog

Back in high school, after reading Space-Time and Beyond for the umpteenth time and drinking one too many zombies with my friend Henry, we came up with a theory:

In the infinite set of universes, there had to exist a particular universe in which the events in our lives were being watched as a TV show.

We then made a solemn vow to live in a way to keep our ratings up.

This is the continuation of that story.
