There was briefly a Cafepress T-shirt available which combined that phrase with the official Bush-Cheney 2004 campaign logo (http://www.cafeshops.com/atrioshorsemen), but it's apparently been taken down--a shame.

You'll notice that they've taken out the text field from their poster generator. It seems people have been making too many jokes signs, such as this one:
