• Seriously, man, my 5 year old wants accordion lessons. We live on the Danforth. Any ideas?

  I'm self-taught, so I have no idea of what accordion lessons are like. The only accordion instructor in town that I know is Joe Caringi, whose store, Caringi Accordion House, is way out in Woodbridge (he's at Martin Grove, just south of Highway 7, a far cry from the Danforth).

  What other instruments would you recommend as complementary to learning accordian. Piano? Bagpipes?

• I'd recommend the piano. It's applicable to the accordion as well as any instrument with a keyboard.
