  • Dang it! Now I wont be able to rip my long plays and short plays. Here I thought I was the only one that owned a stereo like the one pictured.Oh well its back to playing the cylinder machine.

  • It's funny cos for years (I'm not sure if they still do this now but you never know..) the BBC used to only play two hours of recorded music because the musicians union felt that recorded music stole from the livelihoods of live musicians. Hence the proliferation of all those BBC sessions recordings you see now.
