Well, this is interesting: Inform, a programming language used to create interactive fiction, has completely changed in version 7. It now uses a “natural language” approach rather than a “programming language” one, which means that it should be considerably more accessible to writers without prior experience with programming languages. If you’ve always wanted to write interactive fiction but found programming languages like previous versions of Inform or TADS too daunting, you might find that Inform 7 does the trick for you.
