After finding traditional methods too cruel, Sam and Jane Elbert found an alternative solution to Mr. Jingles leg humping problem.
I´m almost 100% sure that this picture is of a catholic tradition of Spain, (where I live), of San Antón´s day, 01/17 of each year.
People brings their pets to be blessed and have health all year around, (any kind of pets, snakes and birds included).
Firemen, police and specially trained rescue dogs also get their blessings.
But just the face of that little one!.
Blessed water can be freezing cold.
