I knew we should’ve dropped most of the kitchen stuff from the wedding registry and put the Roland Digital Accordion on it instead*! According to this New York Times article, “$200 can equip a basic kitchen that will be adequate for just about any task, and $300 can equip one quite well.”

I know, hubby, you wouldn’t have done that to me. Plus you like the kitchen stuff as much as I do. 🙂 Particularly the immersion blender!
I don’t have any of the things he says I shouldn’t have. Good for me. BUT, I didn’t like that he only bought one lid for the pots, what the heck is that? I do need one lid for each pot, especially when I’m cooking 2 or 3 things at a time (like a soup and a main dish or sauce or something).
