It took me a while to see what happens when you drink and drive but once I did the awesomeness of this poster hit me.

I see the effect, but I'm not sure I'm grasping how this is a BAD thing...

@maria and FS: It's supposed to be an optical effect -- the words are supposed to appear to "wiggle" or "swim".
Maybe it's like those stereogram posters, for which some people can't see the effect at all, no matter how long they stare.
