Not necessarily. Might just mean that food, reading, and healthcare are inexpensive. I would think that's a good thing.
The education expenses look to be outside of taxes. So binders, pencils, and apples as opposed to money for teachers and schools?
I'd be interested to see expenses for coffee, toilet paper, and Jonas Brothers.
Overall this seems like a fairly sensible breakdown.
I am grateful for this chart. I'm basing all of my expenditures on this chart.
