OMG, I could never be able to sleep, the smell would keep me drooling all night.
I was shooting the bandshell concerts next to the ribfest at the CNE last year. I mentioned at the time that I wished I could photograph smells. Gator was my favourite last year. If they have a blooming onion stall, grab one.
Check out Camp 31 (I think just across O'Connor or Queen) They had some pretty tasty sauce. I'm going to have to go again tomorrow for Lunch to ensure I get a decent sampling :)
