Looks like they consider Calgary as Canada. They show it Canada as Mountain Time or Saskatchewan Time if its daylight savings is on.

Mountain (Calgary) is only one hour ahead of Pacific (Los Angeles). They appear to be showing Central time in, well, the center.
Clearly, they just misspelled "Chicago" very, VERY badly.
