That’s actually a great photo, on a number of levels. Indeed, worthy of a day of discussion in some university class in human behaviour, and worthy as a piece of contemporary art. As you can tell, it rather fascinates me. Do you have a link to the original photo?
I just noticed, the second phone lower and left. Is that another digital device in the upper right corner?
