What I learned from videogames

  • It's interesting what people learn from playing videogames. I remember Ars Technica describing some research on paranoia and violence on the subway. They used a simulation, i.e. a video game, for their research. It turned out that gamers were already used to the idea that there was likely a violent threat whenever one entered a subway car.
