Poorly-phrased sign of the day

I assume they meant “please use the bathrooms for the disabled”, but you never know — I am personally acquainted with people who are into the sort of thing suggested by the sign’s phrasing.

Where did you find this image? I came across it a few days ago and it's been driving me bonkers since
I saw it on good ol' AcidCow, in one of the recent "Acid Picdumps".
