I agree that a accordion ban in theory is a terrible thing, but this needs to be put into perspective.
While there are gypsies who are amazing musicians, Europe has been plagued by accordion-playing bulgarian beggars since the bulgarians joined the European Union. The overwhelming majority of these are *really* terrible accordion players, and most of the time they only know one or two songs. Quite often it seems to be this song. Over and over. All day.
