I think the scariest line though is:
“Pls Bring Flashlight For Basement”
This listing is how horror movies start.
I would not buy it without them fixing the ceiling in the living room – seems to be falling apart (last picture).
It’s a great place to stash cadavers / drugs.
No bidding war in this environment, when housing prices have risen to such highs, but income has not kept pace (at all). Add increasing unemployment, and the mainstream media beginning to report on a bubble ….
