Many engagement photos are overly saccharine, and the better ones require waaaay too much prep, makeup, costuming, and choreography. Perhaps that’s why I rather like the picture below, which I presume is one announcing the engagement of two people who don’t take themselves too seriously:

This was shot on Federal Hill in Baltimore, MD USA. Is it any surprise seeing this picture is from the city that gave the world John Waters? I think not.
Haha, this is awesome. This is actually me and my fiancĂ©. And you are right, we definitely don’t take ourselves seriously at all 🙂
Here is a video of the engagement itself. My brother works for the news stations in D.C. and we tricked my Fiance into thinking we were doing a promo shot for scenes around maryland.
