I assume they meant “please use the bathrooms for the disabled”, but you never know — I am personally acquainted with people who are into the sort of thing suggested by the sign’s phrasing.

To my young friends who are into women but are still new at the “rumpy-pumpy” thing: stair 1 roof access is where a lot of the magic happens. Trust me on this one.
