The Adventures of Accordion Guy in the 21st Century

SWANH.NET is a site that features a single, 123-meter (about 403.5 feet) infographic that tells the story of Star Wars: A New Hope (a.k.a. Episode IV, “The Original”, “The template for Episode VII…not that there’s anything wrong with that”) with all the dialogue.

There’s a lot of scrolling involved, but you’ll love every second of it.

It was drawn with Adobe Illustrator CC, measures 1024 by 465152 pixels, and was created by Swiss illustrator Martin Panchaud.

It’ll suck you in, so don’t view it if you’re in the middle of something important.

Hodor was a man of very few words — well, one word to be precise — but he was hard-working, loyal, and brave to the very end. Let’s all hold the door for someone today in his honor.

After being harassed and having its tail pulled by a group of swimmers at the beach by Red Reef Park in Boca Raton on Sunday, a nurse shark decided that it had had enough and sank its teeth into one of their arms and simply refused to let go.

Even when pulled out of the water and dead from suffocation, the shark maintained its vise-like grip on the woman it bit. The paramedics, unable to remove the shark, took her to Boca Raton Regional Hospital, where the woman was given a sharkectomy, treated for her injuries, and released, possibly with some newfound wisdom about not harassing animals.
