Matthew: I’d love to go by the four benchmarks listed in this article — How Will We Know When It’s Time to Reopen the Nation? — but for Florida (where I live), I’m afraid that the only one that we can realistically expect is “There must be a sustained reduction in cases for at least 14 days.”
